Three weeks ago, We had to bring our 4 year old rescue dog after she was hit by a car right in front of our house. She was treated and healed by the doctor and staff. Our family is grateful because she was not easy to handle and they still did their best to help her out. She is all better now and I want to say thank you!!!
Great hospital! The staff is EXCELLENT! I brought my dog to this hospital when he had pancreatitis, and he had to stay for two nights. I'm very pleased with the service and care they provided. The facility is clean and well-organized, and the price was very reasonable. It's just an excellent place to take your pets.
I have been to this vet a few times for my dog. The vet did my dogs surgery which I was concerned and worried about the outcome. He was very detailed and took his time explaining everything that was going to happen. You can tell he is passionate about his job, I would not take my dog anywhere else.
Sooo thankful I came across this place when I did! My cat Nüt (noot) was having back to back asthma attacks and breathing was a little shallow so I brought him here and they took care of my baby soo thankful for dr ridge doing what he does but especially big thanks to Amy she was just wonderful. I don’t even know where to begin with her ! She’s very understanding loving and does what she can to work with you and your pet needs she’s awesome and words can’t explain how great full I am for her ! Thank you for your services SFEAH! Since leaving there about 3 weeks ago Nüt has been great 😊
Our Furbaby passed away, went back his celestial home, they provided us with excellent cremation services.
Losing a pet is one of the most heart-wrenching experiences a pet owner can go through. However, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to St Francis emergency hospital for their exceptional and compassionate euthanasia service during this incredibly difficult time. From the moment I called to discuss our situation, the staff at St Francis emergency hospital displayed a level of empathy and understanding that immediately put me at ease. They told us to just walk in . Upon arriving at the clinic, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. The staff made sure that Rocky and I were as comfortable as possible in a quiet, private room. They explained the entire process to me, step by step, and gave me all the time I needed to say my final goodbyes to my furry friend. This level of patience and empathy is something I will forever be grateful for. When it was time to say our final farewell to Rocky, the veterinarian and his Dr Ridge and Jamal were incredibly gentle and considerate. They ensured that Rocky passing was peaceful and painless. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and dignified way for my dear pet to leave this world. It's these small touches that show how much they genuinely care about their clients and their pets. I can't thank St Francis enough for their professionalism and, more importantly, their kindness during such a heartbreaking time. Their approach to euthanasia services goes above and beyond, providing not only medical expertise but also emotional support for both pets and their owners. In the darkest moments of pet loss, it's comforting to know that there are professionals special thank you to Dr Ridge and Jamal who were extremely professional and compassionate .like those at who understand the depth of our love for our pets and are there to guide us through with compassion and dignity. I highly recommend their euthanasia services to anyone who finds themselves facing this painful decision. Thank you, St Francis ,for helping me say goodbye to Rocky with love, respect, and grace.
Amazing service! Amy, Brent, and Dr. Ridge were honest and transparent from the very beginning. They work with you and listen to you. Your furry family members become their own. My pets come here to this emergency care clinic, and every single time we come in, the attention is superb!! I highly recommend anyone to come in with any emergencies. Brent and Any were extremely friendly and kind given an intense situation, and Dr. Ridge answers any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet. They are also cost efficient, with honest pricing and transparent costs.
I’ve never left a review but my baby has come here several times severely sick and the staff and doctors were kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and they have 24/7 care which is great! Highly highly recommend this animal hospital!
We came in frantic thinking we were going to lose our baby due to pyometra, my four daughters were devastated. Everyone here really helped us get the answers we desperately needed and treated our baby with TLC. I greatly appreciate the whole staff for helping us
My dog was well taken care of, the staff was friendly. They were honest with pricing. My dogs procedure didn't take as long as expected and I received a refund. Would recommend for any emergency!
I absolutely recommend this Vet! The nurses Bret and Christy were absolutely kind and nice and Dr Ridge was just a miracle that happen to us. My dog DeeDee couldn’t be in better hands than with them Thank you for doing such a great job and really care about our pets
I was directed to this emergency hospital after the first one I tried had a 6 hour wait. The staff here were really nice and helpful. The doctor explained what was happening with my dog and how they planned to treat him in a way that I could understand entirely. When I got the quote, I was shocked as I was expecting it to be much higher due to an experience at a different hospital. I called to check in the next day and the other doctor fully explained how my pup was doing and any concerns he had. I really appreciated the time they took in keeping me informed on the status of my dog. I would definitely recommend this EV to others.
My sweet boy Levi got in a fight with a stray and went almost 2 days without eating afterwards. Came here, got taken care of quickly. Great staff, gave him antibiotics in a syringe and he literally starting eating a minute later. Pricing is more on the costly side but fair considering they’re open 24/7 and allow walk ins.
Very friendly staff. We took a stray cat in to get checked. The front desk was nice, friendly assistant and efficient doctor. Archie the cat was also pleasant too!
The animal techs and Dr. Ridge were absolutely the kindest people even at midnight on a Saturday. Took great care of my pup who turned out having a horrible ulcer. Thankyou all so much!!
This place is amazing! Amazing staff amazing people amazing doctor! Silver the German Shepherd was bitten but a black moccasin snake and needed anti venom we went to another place who refused to even give her one dose without a promise of at least 5,000 dollars it was called LeadEr Animal Specialty Hospital. When we came here the service was asap ALEX short for Alexandria is amazing it was like greys anatomy but in real life. Alex was amazing the doctor was amazing God bless this place named after Saint Francis Assisi ! I’m so grateful to have this place! God bless always thank you for helping silver!
my cat needed stitches after a cat fight, this place took a good care of my cat. They are open 24 hours.
I have been to St. Francis before but this experience was different. I had to take my cat on a Sunday when my vet was closed. I went to. VCA and was turned away. When I arrived at St. Francis the doctor was actually in a lengthy surgery so I was given the option to stay and was given a List of other hospitals that were open. I ended up deciding to leave because I wanted my cat to be seen sooner, but it was great to be given a list of other hospitals close by that were open unlike the other hospital I had gone to earlier.
We came here about a month ago when our almost 17 year old Chihuahua started exhibiting symptoms of a very intense pneumonia. Unfortunately due to his age and a few other health factors he did not make it. He spent about 48 hours in this facility before he had passed and while I cannot speak to how he was treated behind the scenes because I was not there, from the very start Dr. Ridge was very transparent, honest, and professional with what his professional opinion was, the treatment that would be needed, and the possible outcomes that could have resulted from this. I had gone through a consultation with Banfield however Dr. Ridge's consultation was much more helpful and through so I have every ounce of confidence that my pet received the best care that could be provided. Cost wise, this office is hundreds if not thousands less than the other animal hospitals that Banfield will refer you to. Overall I highly recommend this facility and I will be returning should anything ever happen to any of my other pets. Thank you again to Dr. Ridge who does everything he can to save these animals, your work is greatly needed and appreciated in this community.
